Project ASESOFT TECHNOLOGIES

SMART Integration is initiating the project “Biomonitoring Platform for vital parameters in operating critical infrastructures”, implemented under the Increase of Economic Competitiveness of Sectoral Operational Programme Priority Axis 1: AN INNOVATIVE AND ECO-EFFICIENT PRODUCTIVE SYSTEM, Key Area of Intervention 1.3 “Sustainable entrepreneurship development”, indicative operation 1.3.1 “Development of business support structures of national and international dimensions”.

The objective of the project is to provide management consultancy services for the efficient integration of research-development-innovation activities within the company management.

Three analyses will be developed under this project:

• Analysis of flow-chart and roles defined within the organisation;
• Analysis and re-design of work processes and flows;
• Information security audit.
